Description of Works
Delta Roofing was contracted to refurbish the roof. This included removal of existing Zincalume roof and box gutters; remove and reinstate walkway and parapet internal wall flashing, and new insulation. Connect gutter to existing downpipes
We installed: a sprung curved roof using .48mm Zincalume Spandek sheeting; .55mm Zincalume box gutter, flashings, apron, barge & over flashings; .55mm Anticon insulation
