Description of Works
Delta Roofing were engaged to remove the existing concealed fix roof sheeting and install new 0.48 Kliplok Classic 700 roof sheeting on a new roof structure.
The project involved demolition of the existing dormer skylights and installation of a new gable roof with custom box gutters to the perimeter. 500mm SumpJets were installed in the box gutters to assist with handling the leaf debris from large trees adjacent to the building.
All ceilings had recently been replaced and the roof was installed with no damage caused to these.
