Description of Works
Delta Roofing were engaged to complete a building compliance upgrade to a strata development which included fire rating shared property walls with Fyrechek up to roofline. The scope also included, removal of existing roof tiles, installation of new tie downs, R4.0 ceiling insulation, anticon and corrugated Colorbond roofing and flashings. It’s noted that the occupants were able to stay at the complex throughout the works due to the precise coordination of the planned reroofing activities.
