Description of Works
Delta Roofing was engaged to replace roofing, gutters and flashings to gables at both the eastern and western ends of the Heritage Listed B Shed.
Roofing sheets are 0.48BMT Colorbond ULTRA roof sheeting. Gutters, downpipes, flashings, apron, ridge vent and ridge capping are .55 Colorbond ULTRA.
Anti-Con insulation (R1.3) was installed over white PVC coated safety mesh.
