Description of Works

Delta Roofing was contracted to remove existing roof sheeting including cap flashing, corrugated parapet wall sheet, box gutters & sumps. Then supply and install Trimdek roof sheeting, box gutters and sumps, Zincalume sheets and capping to parapet wall, safety mesh and Anticon insulation. Supply & install 1 x 800mm x 800mm Zincalume roof hatch.

    • 0.48mm Zincalume Trimdek roof sheeting 

    • 0.55mm Surfmist parapet capping 

    • 0.55mm Zincalume box gutter, apron flashings; ridge capping and sumps connected to existing downpipes

    • 0.55mm Anticon insulation & mesh over A/C openings

    • 1 x 800mmx800mm Zincalume roof hatch

    • Allowance for craneage

    • Supplied all SWMS, JSA’s, MSDS & Equipment register

    • Full time working supervision on site

    • Incident and defect free completion

    • All materials and rubbish removed to
